Sherwin Jarol, C.P.A, the CEO of Bradley Associates, is an experienced real estate professional with an extensive and successful track record in the underwriting, acquisition, management and disposition of single-tenant net leased commercial real estate nationally. Mr. Jarol’s commercial real estate acquisition activity began in the mid-1970s. Since that time, Mr. Jarol has been a principal in well over 200 commercial real estate acquisitions with an aggregate value over $2 billion.

In April of 1989, Mr. Jarol and his three partners founded Bradley Associates, an Illinois limited partnership. Bradley was formed to engage in the real estate business, specializing in syndicating one tenant, commercial real estate. Today, Bradley Associates distributes dividends to over 2,500 investors who have invested in over 100 properties nationwide valued in excess of $700 million.

Bradley Associates is responsible for all requisite functions on behalf of its investors relevant to the properties within its portfolio including acquisition, management, accounting, dividend distribution and asset disposition.

Mr. Jarol is a certified public accountant and a graduate of DePaul University. He became a principal in Morris D. Ziegler & Co., a 30-person public accounting firm established in 1945. In November of 1997, the firm merged with Kupferberg, Goldberg & Neimark, LLC, in which Mr. Jarol served as a Director of the firm. KGN has subsequently merged with Virchow, Krause & Company, LLP, a major CPA firm, however, Mr. Jarol is not affiliated with Virchow, Krause. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael H. Siemer is President of Bradley Associates. He joined Bradley in March 2003. Mr. Siemer has extensive experience in business transactions and real estate, including numerous acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Siemer is a certified public accountant and graduated from University of Missouri, St. Louis in 1978. He started his career with Price Waterhouse in St. Louis. His most recent experience includes positions as President of Spicetec-USF, a $125 million food ingredient company and operating division of ConAgra Foods; Executive Vice President of ConAgra Grocery Products Company, a $3 billion operating division of ConAgra Foods; and Chief Financial Officer of ConAgra Specialty Foods Ingredients. Mr. Siemer also served in various executive positions with Pet Incorporated in St. Louis from 1984 through 1995.

Bradley Jarol is Vice-President of Bradley Associates. As Vice-President he is responsible for completing all investment offerings, developing new projects, research, investor relations, and acting as a legal liaison. Since joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Jarol has been involved in over 75 real estate and investment transactions, totalling more than $1 billion. Prior to joining Bradley Associates, he worked as a credit analyst at Bank One (JP Morgan), specializing in the middle market. Mr. Jarol graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2002 with a double major in finance and accounting.
