KC Apartments LLC is an investment in an existing apartment community, consisting of 550 units in suburban Kansas City, Missouri, called The Mansion Apartments. The 550-unit Mansion Apartments community was built in 1989, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom floorplans. With units ranging in size from 638 square feet to 1,157 square feet.
