Located approximately 30 miles north of Manhattan, the city of Pleasantville is a 1.9 square mile Village located within the Town of Mt. Pleasant in wealthy Westchester County. The building will consist of 10 studios, 54 one-bedrooms, and 7 two-bedroom units. Additionally, there will be 2,500 square feet of amenity space consisting of a fitness center, resident package storage, work stations, and a TV lounge. The apartments will feature gourmet kitchens with Caesarstone countertops, engineered wood flooring, and contemporary fixtures throughout.

From a broader perspective, Pleasantville is referred to as the gateway to Northern Westchester County. The train commute to Grand Central Station in NYC is only 50 minutes on the Harlem Line while popular Hudson Valley attractions are just a few minutes away.
